Salads
(Choice of Two)

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, herb croutons and our house Caesar dressing.

Iceberg and Romaine Salad
Crisp romaine leaves combined with crunchy iceberg lettuce. Tossed with slivers of sweet onion and chards of Asiago cheese. Dressed in our own balsamic herb vinaigrette.

Fennel, Bib and Radicchio Salad
Freshly sliced fennel combined with tender bib and tart Radicchio is tossed with Kalamata olives and drizzled with an extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinaigrette.

Mixed Organic Greens
Delicate wild greens tossed in our light raspberry vinaigrette.

Main Course Options

All main course options come with a medley of fresh vegetables, herb roasted potatoes, rice pilaf and fresh rolls with whipped butter. (Garlic mashed can be substituted for herb roasted potatoes upon request).

Potato Salad
Our potato salad is made with baby red skinned potatoes, our signature creamy Dijon dressing and fresh chives.  Second to none!

Garden Salad
A mixture of crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce combined with shredded carrots, cucumber crescents and tomato wedges.  Tossed in our homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Off the Grill
(Choice of Two)
All grill options are served with a baked potato and all the fixings, grilled corn on the cob and tequila mango with black bean salsa. Fresh rolls and whipped butter will be at each table.

Six Ounce Gilled Striploin
Grilled to medium rare perfection and flavored with Infusion’s own steak spice. 

Six Ounce Grilled Chicken Breast with Infusion’s Tangy BBQ Sauce
Tender and juicy grilled boneless breasts of chicken served smothered in our delicious bbq sauce.

Grilled Sausage

A 10 oz grilled veal chop served on a bed of wilted spinach with herb roasted potatoes and grilled zucchini ribbons.

Herb Crusted Lamb Chops
Three meaty chops served with creamy chevre mashed potatoes and tender asparagus drizzled with lemon butter.

Veal Scallops
Tender scallops of veal served with baby capers, prepared with a white wine lemon sauceServed with tender green beans and wild mushroom rice.

Grilled Monk Fish (Signature Dish)
(Similar to the rich flavor and texture of a lobster tail)
Our 6 – 8 ounce fillet is grilled over an open flame and drizzled with drawn butter. Served with angel hair pasta tossed in our garlic and fresh herb infused olive oil and tender broccoli flowerets.  Garnished with a wedge of fresh lemon and the pasta is topped with fresh Parmesan cheese.

Prime Rib of Beef in a Portobello Merlot Sauce
Our prime rib is slow roasted, studded with garlic and rubbed in garden fresh herbs. Served with delicate asparagus in a butter shallot reduction and your choice of garlic mashed Yukon gold potatoes, skin on or herb roasted potatoes. Drizzled with our wonderful Portobello merlot sauce.

Cheeseboard
A lovely selection of cheese wedges served with plump/juicy grapes and fresh berries.

Bengan Bhurtha
An absolute winner! Fresh eggplant is roasted to perfection, skinned and hand mashed to achieve the perfect consistency.  Green onions, garlic, green chilies and coriander are the flavors behind this amazing dish.  Served at room temperature, this is delightful when enjoyed with our assorted breads.

Baby Greens Salad
A salad of delicate baby greens tossed in our ginger lime vinaigrette.
