Cajun fried boneless breast of chicken served on a bed of Spanish rice
served with freshly baked rolls.
Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillet
$13.95 per person
A fillet of grilled Atlantic salmon drizzled with herbed butter served with
steamed broccoli in a lemon dill vinaigrette.
Bow Tie Pasta with Smoked Salmon
$ 13.95 per person
Bow tie pasta noodles cooked al dente tossed in a rosé cream sauce combining
fresh herbs, chevre cheese, garlic and strips of smoked salmon. Served with
fresh rolls and Parmesan cheese.
Beef Stir-Fry with a Black Bean Sauce

Steamed basmati rice, served light and fluffy topped with a wonderful
combination of vegetables such as red and green pepper, celery and
mushrooms. (Chicken can be substituted for beef upon request)
Grilled Chicken Breasts in an Herbed Cream Sauce

Tender and juicy grilled breasts of chicken served in an herbed cream sauce
atop a bed of penne noodles, cooked al dente. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
and fresh rolls for soaking up every last bit of the delicious cream sauce
accompany this dish.
Grilled Striploin Provencal

Eight-ounce beef striploins grilled to perfection, served with a mushroom
peppercorn merlot sauce. This is accompanied with herb roasted baby
potatoes.
Japanese style Sesame Seared Pork Tenderloin

Slow roasted Japanese style sesame seared pork tenderloin, served with a
wasabi aioli and accompanied with sautéed oriental greens and wild rice.
Hoisin Glazed Grilled Salmon

Grilled 8oz fillet of salmon with a sesame hoisin glaze served with chive
mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
East Indian Chicken Sauté with a House-Blended Mild
Curry

tossed in a mild curry tomato sauce. Served piping hot with fragrant basmati

World Famous Chicken Biryani

A traditional Hadrabadi style layered biryani served piping hot. Garnished
with crispy fried onions and fresh ginger.
Ginger Scallion Chicken

Slow baked chicken, prepared bone in to maintain flavor and natural juices.
A combination of ginger, scallions, lemon and white wine marry to create a
palette awakening experience. Served with roasted potatoes.
Penne with Sweet Italian Sausage

Tossed in Infusion’s tomato sauce loaded with fresh Roma tomatoes, garlic
and basil, combined with slivers of sweet Italian sausage. Garnished with
freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Traditional Italian Lasagna

Layers of ground veal and ricotta cheese combined with Infusion’s own
homemade pasta sauce. Served with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly baked
garlic baguette.
Pad Thai

Rice noodles combined with chicken, shrimp, garlic, bean sprouts, fresh
coriander, freshly squeezed lime juice and our homemade Pad Thai sauce.
Garnished with chopped peanuts and fresh coriander.
Beef Stew in a Yorkshire Pudding Bowl

Homemade and hearty. Our beef stew combines tender morsels of beef, corn,
green beans and potatoes all in our thick and creamy beef gravy. What sets
this meal apart from the rest is that it is served in a Yorkshire pudding
bowl. Absolutely wonderful!
Chili con Carne
$ 8.95 per person
Our homemade chili will warm you up on a cold winter’s day. Prepared mild,
medium or hot, we top it off with a handful of melted cheddar cheese.
Served with a freshly baked roll and whipped butter.
